In re Wigginton, 5th Circuit 2012 This last week I had a couple come in, that had paid $5000 to some “group” that they found on the internet, to help them fight with their mortgage company. They had the “group” whoever that is, prepare a lawsuit or complaint and they filed it in state court trying to stop their foreclosure.

New Law Makes Credit Scores Easier To Get

The same new law that created the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau has given consumers new rights to obtain a free credit score, at least in a limited way. Now, when a bank or other financial institution denies you credit, they must provide you with a free credit score, whenever they use them to deny credit or hit you with more onerous terms.
