Right to Collect Payments for Auction

Auction Sale of the bankruptcy estate's right to collect payments owed to seller Jayne Niederer from David Sanders, P.O. Box 205, Hamer, Idaho 83425, as provided in Section 2.05 of the Last Will of Reese Sanders, described in Exhibit A from Page No. 4-6 on the attached PDF. The amount owed as of March 8, 2019, is $6,000. The amount due will be payable at the rate of $1,000 per year until the amount due is paid in full. No interest shall accrue on the unpaid balance. Mr. Sanders may prepay all of any portion at any time provided he treats the payments owed to Charles Sanders, Lewis Sanders, Nedra Jean Perkins, Phyllis Violette, and seller Jayne Niederer the same with regard to any prepayment.
