Ownership Interest in Three Trust Property

Sale of Ownership Interest in Three Trust Property registered under Idaho County, described as below:

The bankruptcy estate’s interest in the following property: All right, title, and interest of seller Richard F. Nuxoll in, to and under the following probate estate and trusts: Estate of Elred G. Nuxoll, Idaho County Case No. CV25-18-0474; Elred G. Nuxoll Irrevocable Trust, registered under Idaho County Case No. CV25-19-0541; and FJ Nuxoll Trust and Nuxoll Brothers Trust, both registered under Idaho County Case No. CV2016-44940. This includes, but is not limited to, the purchase of all Richard F. Nuxoll’s right, title and interest in, to and under the abovereferenced estate and trusts as an heir, devisee, beneficiary or otherwise, real and personal, tangible and intangible, wherever situated, known, unknown and after-discovered, including but not limited to all seller's rights to receive any and all distributions and payments of all of any kind or nature from the estate and trusts pursuant to that certain: a} TEDRA Agreement filed on December 2, 2019, and b) Amendment to TEDRA Agreement, filed on June 23, 2020, in Idaho County Case No. CV25-18-0474.
