Oil and Gas Interest

The Debtors identified a number of royalty interests in oil and gas wells that the Debtor did not exempt from bankruptcy protection. The Trustee is seeking bids for the royalty interest identified in the attachments. The attached is a summary of information contained in the Debtors’ books and records and is provided for informational purposes only. You are responsible for your own due diligence. All sales are “as is”, “where is”, without representations, warranties or recourse. All bids are subject to higher and better bids that will be solicited after the bid deadline from actual bidders that submit bids to the Trustee. All sales are subject to prior Bankruptcy Court approval.
