Sale of Intellectual Property of Charlie Graingers Franchising, Inc., including but not limited to all the following intangible assets of the seller: all telephone numbers, facsimile numbers, customer lists, e-mail addresses, internet domain names and websites, trade names, brands, trademarks, recipes, menus, logos, operations manuals and procedures, design concepts, the use of the name "Charlie Graingers Franchising, Inc." and any derivative or combination of those names, and any rights to potential claim(s) of infringement of trademarks, business opportunities, or similar rights of seller.
