Four Judgments for Auction

Online Auction Sale of Four Judgments to be conducted by BKAsset.com, LLC as auctioneer, and more described as below:

• Against Circus Furniture 3, LLC entered in Adversary case number 4:18-ap-00145-BMW on August 8, 2018 in the principle sum of $192,405.00, plus interest at the rate set forth in 28 U.S.C. § 1961. (“Circus Furniture 3 Judgment”);
• Against James Gerjets entered in Adversary case number 4:18-ap-00169-BMW on August 8, 2018 in the amount of $440,349.69, plus interest on said sum at the rate set forth in 28 U.S.C. §1961 from the date of the judgment until paid (“Gerjets Judgment”);
• Against APAR Management entered in Adversary case number 4:17-ap-00343-BMW on September 1, 2017 in the amount of $193,807.55, plus any and all penalties accruing at the rate of $250.00 per day from July 16, 2017, and interest on said sum at the rate set forth in 28 U.S.C. §1961 from July 16, 2017 until the judgment is paid (“APAR Judgment”); and
• Against Alan Parvizian entered in Adversary case number 4:17-ap-00343-BMW on October 3, 2017 in the amount of $193,807.55, plus any and all penalties accruing at the rate of $250.00 per day from July 16, 2017, and interest on said sum at the rate set forth in 28 U.S.C. §1961 from July 16, 2017 until the judgment is paid (“Parvizian Judgment”).
