Claims for Sale

Sale of claims and causes of action against various third parties, including against Pinnacle Villa and the Proposed Buyer, for potential fraudulent transfers, alter ego, veil piercing and other causes of action related to an alleged scheme by the Sellers to secrete their assets, including real property and settlement proceeds, from their legitimate creditors by secretly creating and controlling nominally third parties with alleged secured debt against said assets or Seller assets otherwise transferred to them.
