Claims for Sale

Sale of all of the estate’s right, title and interest in any and all claims that the estate may have against Alexander Capital, LP (the “AC Claims”), including, without limitation, all of the estate’s right, title, and interest in and to any and all claims, causes, causes of action, and litigation rights of any nature whatsoever that the estate may have as against AC, or any of its predecessors, successors, assigns and affiliates, arising in connection with, or in any manner related to, that certain July 29, 2014 Engagement Agreement and/or the efforts to accomplish a public offering of shares of Inpellis stock.
