Claims and Causes of Actions for Sale

Sale of the estate’s right, title and interest in and to any and all claims or causes of actions held by Michael William Kenny at the commencement of the seller's bankruptcy case (collectively, the “Kenny Claims”), which include but are not necessarily limited to the cases listed below [(a)-(c)] as well as any and all claims accrued as of the Petition Date, or which could be pursued by the Bankruptcy Estate in its own right or in Kenny’s name against any third party, including any claims against Critical Intervention Services, Inc., Karl C. Poulin, or any of their family members, business associates, affiliates, or attorneys., and more described as below:

• Michael W. Kenny v. Critical Intervention Services, Inc., Case No. 17-004512-CI (Fla. 6th Jud. Cir. Ct. 2017);
• Michael W. Kenny v. Critical Intervention Services and Karl C. Poulin, Case No. 8:18-cv-2231-T-36JSS (M.D. Fla. 2018); and
• Michael W. Kenny v. Critical Intervention Services, Inc., et al, Case No. 8:19-cv-00636-JSM-TGW (M.D. Fla. 2019).
