Claims and Causes of Action for Sale

Sale of the estate's interest in seller's underlying litigation, under cases referenced as Case No. 615395 and PR 19000995, and more described as below:

• Any and all interests, claims, causes of action, demands, if any, held by seller Wilson Sarhad, in his individual and representative capacity, arising from The "Resulting Trust Established by Jury Verdict in Case Number 615395, By way of example, those include, but are not limited to the following;
• All interests, claims, causes of action, demands, if any, which could be asserted by seller Wilson Sarhad in his probate code section 850 petition filed in Stanislaus Superior Court referenced above, against all party Respondents, including those surrounding the acquisition of his interest in the underlying real property referenced in the petition, his claims that Respondents fraudulently induced him to sign over his 1/9th interest in the property during the pendency of his bankruptcy case, and his claims that Respondents improperly secured rental from the property and failed to provide an accounting to him; and
• Any causes of action or claims for relief which could be asserted by seller Wilson Sarhad against claimants arising from his claim to have invested Forty Thousand Dollars ($40,000.00), or any other sum whatsoever, in the maintenance and repair of the real property located at 1300 North Olive Avenue, Turlock, Stanislaus County.
