Auction Details: JM Auctioneers has agreed to provide the following services to the sellers and their estates, subject to further order the Court:
- Arrange for, advertise, and conduct an Auction Sale for portion of Fleet located in Holly Hill, South Carolina beginning on December 5, 2020 or sell such Fleet through a Private Sale;
- Arrange for, advertise, and conduct an Auction Sale for portion of Fleet located in Atlanta and Warner Robins, Georgia on January 13, 2021 or sell such Fleet through a Private Sale;
- Arrange for, advertise, and conduct an Auction Sale for portion of Fleet located in Auburndale, Florida on January 29, 2021 or sell such Fleet through a Private Sale; and
- Provide the sellers, on a weekly basis following the date hereof, with reasonably detailed written reports regarding the progress and status of the sale of the Fleet, including without limitation, a list indicating timing of any auction and estimated range of net proceeds from such sales
