Sale of Assets of Rio Grande Title Company, Inc. includes: Torrance County Plant:

The Torrance County Plant includes old computers, hard drives and backups, historical plant cards and cabinet (about 60 drawers) four four-drawer file cabinets including plats and starter base files, 2 CD Trays (containing approximately 28 CDs), and 7 metal drawers containing the microfiche medium of the document images. Additionally, the Debtor listed a 20% interest in the Land Records Corporation (“LRC”), another title plant related to Bernalillo County, New Mexico, and a 31% interest in the Title Plant of Santa Fe, LLC (“TPSF”), a third title plant related to Santa Fe County, New Mexico. The Debtor also owns records made in connection with closings in other counties, including images (on both microfiche and rolls) and paper backplants for Bernalillo, Santa Fe, Sandoval, Valencia and Dona Ana Counties, as well as starter files and policies and various paper maps (the “Records”).
