Auction Sale of miscellaneous personal property, equipment, and materials of Sims Cabinet Co., Inc. (“Sims Cabinet”), contained in the real estate located at 1417 and 1421 S. Belmont Avenue, Indianapolis, IN 46221 (collectively, the “Belmont Warehouse”) and 431 N. Holmes Ave, Indianapolis, IN 46222 (the “Holmes Factory”, and, collectively with the Belmont Warehouse, the “Real Estate”), including, but not limited to, hand tools, lumber, office supplies, shelving, carts, assembly line equipment, general equipment and other materials (the “Assets”).
