Assets of Automobile Dealer

Sale of tangible and intangible assets of Journey Motorsports, Inc., includes:

1. All raw material, repair parts, spare parts, replacement parts and inventory of the Business at the Leased Premises, including without limitation, those set forth in Schedule A of this offer letter.
2. Those titled and non-titled motor vehicles held for resale set forth in Schedule B of this offer letter;
3. All machinery, equipment, tools, metal storage sheds of the Business, situated at the Leased Premises including, without limitation, those set forth in Schedule C of this offer letter;
4. All office furniture, office equipment, computer hardware and computer software residing on the computers, fixtures and office supplies of the Business situated at the Leased Premises including, without limitation, those set forth in Schedule D of this offer letter;
5. All supplier and vendor catalogs and advertising literature related to the Business situated at the Leased Premises;
6. All rights, title and interest to the internet domain name and business web site, www.blueridgeriders.com, and the contents thereof;
7. All rights, title and interest to the telephone number (828) 505-7575 used by the Business;
8. All rights, title and interest to the Facebook page for the Business and the contents thereof;
9. All rights, title and interest to the Google business listing page for the Business and the contents thereof; and
10. All rights, title and interest to the Yelp business listing page for the Business and the contents thereof.
