Auction Sale of personal property consists of antiques and collectibles which were inventory from an antique store which the seller operated in Bellevue, Idaho, together with antiques, collectibles and other personal property previously located at seller's home in Bellevue, Idaho.
The items to be sold are more particularly described in Exhibit A from Page No. 12-49 on the attached PDF.
Additional Details
- The Trustee anticipates conducting two (2) separate auctions for the Property. The second auction will be held only if the proceeds from the first auction are not sufficient to fully satisfy all claims and administrative expenses.
- The first auction sale will be held on August 11, 2020 and conducted by Prime Time Auctions via online bidding through Invaluables Online Auctions and Galleries.
- A preview of the Property to be sold at the first auction will take place at 700 West 385 South, Heyburn, Idaho 83336 on July 21, 2020 and August 4, 2020, between 11:00 a.m. and 2:00 p.m.
