Printing Business and Related Assets in Texas

Sale of Substantially All Business Assets of A.J. Bart Inc.: (i) all (or so much as the Court permits) tangible personal property located at 3405 Wiley Post, Addison, Texas; 4103B Lindbergh Drive, Addison, Texas; 4101 Lindberg Drive, Addison, Texas; and 4092 Lindberg Drive, Addison, Texas:

• Raw goods, materials, and works-in-process, including all paper, ink, swatches, examples, photographs, and packaging;
• Machinery and equipment, including all printing presses and printers;
• Tools;
• Computers and computer equipment, including all telephone equipment, printers, wiring, routers, and software (to the extent transferrable);
• Books and records, whether electronic or paper, including equipment records, project plans, documents, catalogs, books, records, files and operating manuals;
• All governmental permits (to the extent transferrable);
• The Contracts;
• Forklifts, shelving, storage, cabinets, furniture, fixtures, and miscellaneous personal property; and
• All other property defined as “Purchased Assets” in the LPC APA.

A.J. Bart Inc. is in printing business and prints high-end paper, plastic, and other products for in-store use by various national and local stores.
