The seller operates its showroom pursuant to a lease at its main location, 56-15 Northern Boulevard, Woodside, MY 11377 (the "Showroom"), and leases property for its service department located at 33-20 55th Street (a/k/a 54-20 Broadway, Woodside, NY 11377) (the "Service Department"). The seller owns the businesses that operate out of the Showroom and Service Department as well as all associated furniture, fixtures, equipment and personal property including, without limitation, the auto parts contained therein.
