Assets of Washington Publishing House

Sale of assets of Conlan Press, Incorporated, includes:

1. any and all intangible or intellectual property related to or attributable to the works of Peter Beagle (including, but not limited to, any intangible or intellectual property related to attributable to property listed in Schedule 2.1(A) and Schedule 2.1 (B) of the Unicorn Asset Purchase Agreement or the tangible personal property reflected in (ii) below); and
2. any and all tangible personal property assets owned by the Conlan Press estate including but not limited to fine art materials and supplies; books, and reprints for sale, and 35 mm prints for sale already delivered to Mr. Beagle in care of his attorney Kathleen Hunt and/or located at: (1) Security Public Storage (99 Hyde Court, Daly City, California); (2) A1 Cordata Self-Storage (200 W. Kellogg Road, Bellingham, WA); and (3) Alger Mini Storage (1761 Patrick Lane, Bellingham, WA).
