Assets of Restaurant and Bar Business

Sale of assets of Monkeys Uncle, LLC, (the seller) owned and operated a restaurant and bar located at 818 Bowleys Quarters Road, Middle River, Maryland 21220 (the “Property”), known as the Long Beach Oyster House. The sale assets more described as below:

• The Class B (B,W,L) alcoholic beverages license issued to Amber Weller for the use and benefit of Monkey’s Uncle, LLC t/a Long Beach Oyster House (2018 Baltimore County License No. 20180379) (the “Liquor License”);
• The trade fixtures located in the Property, including, but not limited to, the tap system, the POS and computer systems, ovens, cooktops, appliances, refrigeration units, signs and bars;
• The furniture located in the Property, including but not limited to, tables, chairs, stools, hostess stands, banquets, cabinets, floor coverings, window treatments and coverings, wall hangings, artwork, display cases, office furniture and shelving units;
• The equipment located in the Property, including but not limited to kitchen and cooking appliances, barware, cookware, bakeware, dishware, serving dishes, utensils, glassware, cleaning equipment, catering equipment, linens, and napkins;
• The liquor inventory, including but not limited to, all opened and unopened bottles of liquor, beer, wine, and liqueurs;
• Other inventory and restaurant supplies, including paper goods, package goods, dry goods, and frozen foods.
