Assets of Pharmacy Business

Auction Sale of substantially all of assets of Congers Pharmacy Inc. (the “Seller”), which includes:

• All machinery, equipment, tools, office supplies, furniture, furnishings, leasehold improvements, goods and any rights under lease to use such machinery, vehicles, furnishings and equipment and those items of Assets and other tangible Assets of Seller;
• All records, manuals and other documents, contracts, customer and supplier lists relating to or used in connection with the Business (collectively, the “Records”), of which Seller shall be entitled to keep a copy or have access to in order to prepare tax returns and other documents or statements;
• All telephone numbers to the Business;
• All inventory;
• The lease or rights to the lease;
• All intangible assets of any kind including good will; and
• All bank accounts, cash, cash equivalents or securities, all accounts receivable and all notes receivable owing to the Seller.
