Assets of Illinois Diagnostic Lab

Sale of assets of Molecular Imaging Chicago LLC which includes:

1. accounts receivable (as of the date of closing on the Sale of the Personal Property);
2. all right title, and interest in and to office equipment, furniture, machinery, equipment and inventory (itemization of which is attached hereto); and
3. all other tangible and intangible property of the Seller not otherwise specifically excluded, including but not limited to, customer lists, good will and the right to receive an assignment of all leases and executory contracts, specifically excluding any current office leases.
