Assets of Georgia Restaurant Business

Sale of real property and assets of Steakhouse Holdings LLC (“Seller”), consists of restaurant commonly known as the Manchester Arms located at 1705 East Virginia Avenue, College Park, Georgia (the “Premises”). Seller owns intellectual property, inventory, computer and networking equipment, and artwork used to operate its restaurant (collectively, the “SHH Assets”). The sale assets also includes the kitchen equipment, machinery, and nearly all of the fixtures, furniture, and equipment located on the Premises and used by Seller in its operations (the “FF&E”).
