Sale of substantially all of assets of Wave Computing, Inc. (“Wave”) and its seller affiliates (collectively, the “Sellers”). The sellers are a technology company that focuses on developing artificial intelligence solutions and licensing intellectual property cores for embedded microprocessors used in a variety of technology applications.

The sale assets including but are not limited to: (i) Receivables; (ii) Intellectual Property and the rights thereto; (iii) Intellectual Property Licenses and the rights thereto; (iv) Inventory; (v) Products; (vi) Customer deposits and security deposits for rent; and (vii) Equipment.
