Assets of Construction Company

Sale of assets of Charles Deweese Construction, Inc. (the “Seller”), which includes:

(a) Approximately 20 acres of real property and improvements commonly identified as 1538 Industrial Bypass North, Franklin, Simpson County, Kentucky and owned by Jed (the “Real Property”); (b) thirty-two (32) dump truck (the “Trucks”); (c) a 2015 ASTEC asphalt plant and its accessories located on the Real Property and subject to a lease or security agreement between the Debtor and De Lage Landen Financial Services, Inc. (the “Plant”); (d) twenty-four (24) pieces of construction equipment (the “CDCI Equipment”); (e) two (2) pieces of construction equipment (the “Deweese Equipment”); and (f) the asphalt customer list, asphalt-related accounts receivable, goodwill, and other intangibles owned by the seller (the “Intangibles,” and collectively with the Real Property, Trucks, Plant, CDCI Equipment, and Deweese Equipment, the “Assets”).
