Assets of Coin Laundry and Dry Cleaning Business

Sale of substantially all of remaining assets of the Executive Coin Laundry, Inc, which includes:

• The Inventory, Supplies & Equipment that remained at the Business Premises on the Petition Date;
• The personal property that was located at the Business Premises on the Petition Date, including, but not limited to (i) the Inventory, Supplies & Equipment; and (ii) all other items detailed and/or described in the Claire Report (Exhibit "B") on the attached PDF;
• The Limited Customer/Business Records that were located at the Premises on the Petition Date, subject to the Trustee's right, at his sole discretion and expense, to copy the Limited Customer/Business Records, either pre or post-sale, for use in connection with his administration of the Estate and for pursuit of claims on behalf of the Estate.
