Sale of assets of A P Vending and Amusement Co., Inc which includes:

1. tangible personal property (principally food and beverage vending machines and food and beverage inventory, entertainment machines, refrigeration and other warehouse equipment, office equipment and furniture, and vehicles);
2. customer accounts and contact information, and other intangibles; and
3. all cash and accounts receivable generated through Purchaser’s operation of the Business from and after the Commencement Date.
