Apparel Manufacturing Facility and Related Assets in North Carolina

Sale of assets of Golden Fleece Manufacturing Group, LLC and its affiliated sellers (collectively the “Sellers”). The assets consist of real property located at 120 South Church Avenue, Garland, North Carolina 28441 (“Garland”), and tangible personal property (including, but not limited to, machinery, equipment, leasehold improvements, furniture, office equipment, computers, printers, supplies, rental equipment, registration and name badge equipment, computer software, computer data, computers and related equipment, telephones, telecopiers), inventory (including raw materials, packaging, finished goods, parts and supplies), software and systems, supplier warranties, business records, employee records, work-in-progress, and causes of action located at or exclusively used or held for use by the Debtors’ manufacturing facility business that operates out of Garland. In addition, certain information technology assets currently located at Seller’s facility in Haverhill, Massachusetts that are exclusively used or held for use by Seller’s business that operates out of Garland will be included in the transaction.
