Sale of real property, livestock and equipment, and more described as follows:

(i) Real property located in Barber County, Kansas, and more legally described from Page No. 1-2 on the attached PDF;
(ii) Livestock and Equipment: The sale assets includes:

• 220 mature cows, 24 first calf heifers, 11 bulls, and 32 cull cows (collectively, the “Livestock”); and,
• JD 4650 Tractor, GMC 2007 Feed Truck with cube box, Bobcat with attachments and trailer, Two (2) Stock Trailers, Fencing Trailer, OTR Mower, Gates/Panels/Corrals, Cattle Guard, Loading Chute, ATV 4 Wheeler, Smeedmover, Hay Trailer, Field Cultivator, Two (2) Augers, Chisel, Fuel Truck, and Tool Truck (collectively, the “Equipment”).

(iii) Leased Property: The bankruptcy estate interest in lease real property located in Barber County, Kansas (“the Lease”). The legal description of the leased property is as follows: The South Half of the Northwest Quarter of the Southeast Quarter (S/2 NW/4 SE/4) of Section Twenty-Eight (28), consisting of 20 acres more or less (the “Leased Property”).
