PARCEL A: That portion of Government Lots 2 and 3 of Section 27, Township 10 North, Range 21 East W.M. described as follows: Beginning at a point on the Northerly bluff of the Yakima River, which point is South 11o30’ West 121 feet, more or less, from a point on the Southwesterly right of way line of the Union Pacific Railroad, which is North 61o25’ West 1541 feet from the intersection of the said right of way line and the East line of Section 27; thence North 11o30’ East 121 feet to the Southwesterly right of way line of the Union Pacific Railroad; thence South 61o25’ East along the said right of way line 1541 feet to a point on the East line of said Section 27; thence South along said East line 192 Feet to a point 412 feet South of the Southwest corner of the Northwest quarter of the Northwest quarter of Section 26; thence North 83o15’ West (along a fence constructed by L.E. Purdin in 1928) 636 feet, more or less, to the Northerly bluff of the Yakima River; thence Northwesterly along said bluff to the Point of Beginning.
