Jason J. DeJonker has joined law firm Bryan Cave in Chicago as a partner with the bankruptcy, restructuring and creditors’ rights group, where he will work on litigation related to corporate bankruptcy, creditors’ rights and mergers and acquisitions. Mr. DeJonker has worked on chapter 11 cases, prebankruptcy workouts and debtor-in-possession, or DIP, financing. He also has worked with clients in the real estate and finance industries.

Jill Frizzley has joined law firm Weil, Gosthal & Manges as counsel in the business finance and restructuring department. Ms. Frizzley, who most recently worked with Shearman & Sterling, has represented creditors, debtors, investors and others in chapter 11 cases and in out-of-court restructurings.

Justine J. Block has joined law firm Hahn & Hessen as special counsel. Ms. Block has experience in buying and selling distressed assets, and she represents commercial banks, investment banks and hedge funds. She has worked on bankruptcy cases including GT Advanced Technologies and Lehman Brothers.  Most recently, Ms.

H. Stephen Castro has joined law firm Norton Rose Fulbright as a partner in the New York office. Mr. Castro, who most recently worked with Kaye Scholer, represents lenders, private-equity firms and others in distressed investing and restructuring situations. He has worked in industries including energy, mining and transportation.
