Order Conditionally Dismissing Dismissing This Case Pursuant to 11 U.S.C. § 1112. The Debtor shall pay to the United States Trustee the appropriate sum required up through the date of dismissal, if any, pursuant to 28 U.S.C. § 1930, and any applicable interest pursuant to 31 U.S.C. § 3717 within ten (10) days of the entry of this order, and file the appropriate operating reports for the period of May 25, 2025 through the date upon which the dismissal is effective. Upon receipt of the appropriate monthly operating reports and documentation evidencing the payment of the Quarterly Fees, the United States Trustee shall file a letter documenting that the Debtor has complied with this Order. Upon the filing of the aforementioned letter from the United States Trustee documenting compliance with this Order, this case commenced under chapter 11 of the Bankruptcy Code shall be dismissed.
