Order Modifying the Automatic Stay and Modifying the Stay In Rem with respect to the property known as 429 Wythe Ave., Brooklyn, N.Y. 11249. The automatic stay in effect pursuant to 11 U.S.C. § 362(a) is hereby modified pursuant to 11 U.S.C. § 362(d)(1) so that Creditor may pursue its rights under applicable law with respect to the Property.
