Stipulation and Order by and between the Debtor and NYC Department of Finance Resolving Objection to NYC Department of Finance Claim No. 8. Counsel for Debtor and DOF have engaged in discussions and negotiations and as a result of the same have hereby jointly stipulated and agreed that DOF Claim No. 8 shall be fixed and allowed as: a priority claim amount of $10,565.01 under 11 U.S.C. section 507(a)(2) of the Bankruptcy Code and a general unsecured claim in the amount of $2,500.00.
