Ordered, that the Chapter 11 cases of the Debtors are dismissed with prejudice to refiling a chapter 11 case for a period of 15 months from the date of this order starting 8/14/2020 to 11/14/2021, absent further order of the Court; and it is further Ordered, that Debtors will timely apply for a PPP loan and in the event that any of them obtain such loan, they will immediately pay to GLL the maximum allowable portion of said loan; and it is further Ordered, that Debtors will provide proof of GLL of their application for a PPP loan at the time it is filed including by providing a copy of said application and will advise GLL in writing of any decision on their loan application immediately upon receiving such decision including but not limited to identifying the amount of any loan approved and taken and providing a copy of the approval and loan documentation; and it is further Ordered, that in the event that the Debtors obtain a PPP loan, the Debtors shall pay GLL 40% of the funds received; and it is further Ordered, that nothing in this order constitutes any reservation of this jurisdiction by the Bankruptcy Court; and it is further Ordered, that the Debtors shall pay to the United States Trustee the appropriate sum required pursuant to 28 U.S.C. § 1930(a)(6) and 31 U.S.C. § 3717 within ten days of the entry of this order and simultaneously provide to the United States Trustee an appropriate affidavit indicating the cash disbursements for the relevant period.
