1998 REINELL 20' BOAT & TRAILER

The Asset will be available for inspection at the Debtor's residence located at 1420 Armington Avenue in Hacienda Heights, California  91745 on Monday, December 1, 2014 from 8:00 a.m. to Noon only.  Inspection is strictly limited to visual inspection of the boat and trailer.  The Debtor will conduct the inspection.  If a potential purchaser has any questions concerning the terms of sale, please contact the Trustee's field agent, John Baer, by telephone at 213.308.8567 or by e-mail at [email protected].

The sale will be to the "highest and best all cash offer" received at the time of sale; 25% of the successful bid amount to be deposited with Howard M. Ehrenberg, Chapter 7 Trustee, by cash or cashier's check, only, at the conclusion of the Sale.  The balance of the amount must be paid by cash or cashier's check within 48 hours or the successful bidder's deposit is forfeited, and the Trustee is authorized to complete a sale to the next highest bidder.  The terms of the sale require all cash (or cashier's check as described above) and no financing contingency will be accepted.  The sale is stricly on an "as is" basis, without any representation or warranty of any nature or type, express or implied, except for delivery of the Asset and marketable title of the Asset to the successful bidder.
