1997 Freightliner FLD120 for Sale

Margaret J. Smith, the Chapter 7 Trustee for the estate Michael & Sheila Meehan proposes to sell all of the Trustee's and Debtor's interest in and to the property listed above.  The Trustee proposes to sell the Property free and clear of any liens, claims and, encumbrances, if any.  Payment is due and payable no later than 14 days after the date of the Order approving this sale.  The Trustee is not aware of any potential lienholders or interest holders with respect to the Property.   The sale of the Property is “as is, where is”, meaning that the Trustee makes no representations or warranties of any nature whatsoever as to the use or the state of title of the Property.
