THAT PORTION OF GROUND, together with all the buildings and improvements thereon, and all the rights, ways, privileges, servitudes and appurtenances thereunto belonging or in anywise appertaining, situated in the Fifth District of this City, in Riverside Subdivision in Square No. 316, bounded by Thomas, Barber, James Streets and River Road or Riverside Drive, composed of parts of Lots 1, 2, and 3 and measure together ninety-two feet more or less along the side facing Thomas Street, seventy-eight feet more or less along the West or rear line, 66.75 feet more or less on the South line along Barber Street, sixty two feet along the North line.

ANOTHER PORTION OF GROUND, together with all the buildings and improvements thereon, and all the rights, ways, privileges, servitudes and appurtenances thereunto belonging or in anywise appertaining, situated in the same square as above, being parts of Lots 4, 5, 6 and 7 on map of R.P. Rordam, C.E. & S., dated July 24, 1935, measuring 66.75 feet front on Riverside Drive, sixty-five feet in depth along Thomas Street, sixty-two feet in the rear and 89.80 feet on the other side.
