North 67 degrees 12' 51" East, a distance of 216.98 feet to a point in the centerline
of Girdled Road. Thence South 00 degrees 02' 28" East (thru a 5/8" capped iron pin set at 35.78 feet) a total distance of 747.29 feet to a capped iron pin set to mark a point.
