Tract One: All of that tract or parcel of land lying and being in Land Lot No. 27 in the Fourth Land District of Rabun County, Georgia, and as being more fully described as follows, to-wit : BEGINNING at the right of way line on the North side of U. S. Highway No. 76, about 300 feet East of the residence of Louie Wall; thence in a Northerly direction 150 feet along and with the driveway by dwelling house located on this lot; thence in a Westerly direction 150 feet to the bank of the fish pond; thence in a Southerly direction 150 feet to the right of way line of U. S. Highway No. 76; then in an Easterly direction 150 feet along and with U. S. Highway No. 76 to the point of beginning, the same being a lot 150 feet square. Tract Tract Two: All of that tract or parcel of land lying and being in Land Lot No. 27 in the Fourth Land District of Rabun County, Georgia, and being more fully described as follows, to-wit : BEGINNING on the right of way line on the North side of U. S. Highway No. 76, at the corner of the lot previously conveyed to Grace Wall Norton by Thad Wall by Warranty Deed dated March 17, 1970, and recorded in the Office of the Clerk of Superior Court in Deed Book N-4, Pages 353 and 353; thence following the driveway leading by the dwelling house of Grace Wall Norton in a Northerly direction to the intersection of said driveway and the Old Chechero Public Rood to a point on the Harley Wall land line; thence following the Old Chechero Public Road and the Harley Wall line Southeasterly to a point on the right of way line on the North side of U. S. Highway No. 76; thence following the right of way line of U. S. Highway No. 76 in a Westerly direction to the point of beginning, containing one acre, more or less, Parcel No. 052 045.
