All those certain lots or parcel of land with all the improvements thereon and appurtenances thereto belonging, lying and being in the Lickinghole District, Goochland County, Virginia on the western side of State Route 615, containing an aggregate of 43.49 acres, more or less, and shown and designated as Lot 4, 20.55 acres, more or less, Lot 5, 2.00 acres, more or less, and Lot 6, 20.94 acres, more or less, on that certain plat of survey prepared by Kenneth M. Hart & Assoc., Inc., Professional Land Surveying, entitled “Plat of Survey of Six Lots Containing a Total of 53.07 Acres Now or Formerly in the Name of Alberta Inell Palmer, Lickinghole District, Goochland County, Virginia”, dated October 17, 1995, a copy of which is recorded in the Clerk’s Office, Circuit Court, Goochland County, Virginia
