Undeveloped Land in Massachusetts

All of the Debtors’ right title and interest in certain undeveloped land (“Land”) in Harwich, MA known  as 0 Micha Drive,  Harwich also known as Lots 3 and 5, Micah Drive, Harwich.    Copies of the Town of Harwich assessments on the Land are attached.  Further information on the Land is set forth in a decision of the Bankruptcy Court dated September 24, 2013 – copy attached.    Expressly excluded from the sale is the Debtors’ homestead lot described as 57 Round Cove Road a/k/a Lot 4 Micah Drive, Harwich.

The Chapter 7 Trustee will sell the land subject to any and all liens, claims, and interests including real estate taxes and mortgages of record.  The sale is “AS IS WHERE IS” and the  Trustee makes and will not make any representations and/or warranties relating to the Land other than the sale of whatever interest the Debtors hold therein.
