Legal Description: All that certain lot, piece or parcel of land situate, lying and being the City of Hampton, Virginia, fronting on the westerly side of Frissell Street (formerly Armstrong Avenue), fifty (50) feet and running back between parallel lines for a distance of one hundred sixty-six (166) feet and then narrowing to forty-eight (48) feet for a distance of fifty (50), and being the southwesterly one-half (1/2) of Lot Numbered FIFTEEN (15), as shown on a plat of Chevirs land, made by William Ivy, which said plat is recorded in the Clerk’s office of the Circuit Court for the City of Hampton, Virginia, in Deed Book 5, page 469, with the exception of a strip of land running along the northeasterly side beginning fifty (50) feet from its rear and being two (2) feet wide and running back a distance of fifty (50) feet.
