Commencing at the Center of said Section 7, thence S 02° 03' 39" E along the 1/4 Section line 361.04 feet to the point of real beginning, thence continue S 02° 03' 29" E along said 1/4 Section line 273.66 feet, thence S 86° 40' 24" W 1330.91 feet to the intersection with the 1/16th line, thence N 02° 09' 07" W along said 1/16th line 644.42 feet to the intersection with the 1/4 Section line, thence N 87° 05' 33" E along the 1/4 Section line 970.75 feet, thence S 02° 03' 29" E 361.04 feet, thence N 87° 05' 33" E 361.04 feet to the point of real beginning. The Easterly 33 feet of the above-described tract is reserved for road purposes.
