All that certain lot or parcel of land, together with all improvements thereon and all rights, ways and privileges thereunto appertaining, situate, lying and being in Wicomico Magisterial District, Northumberland County, Virginia, containing 1.47 acres, more or less, designated as Lot 2, Highland Place, as shown on plat of survey by Phillip L. Keyser, Land Surveyor, dated December 6. 2002, entitled "DIVISION SURVEY HIGHLAND PLACE," a copy of which plat is of record in the Office of the Clerk of the Circuit Court of Northumberland County, Virginia, in Plat Cabinet No. 2 on Slide No. 23-A., and by this reference is made a part hereof for the more complete and accurate description of the property hereby conveyed.
Together with an easement of right of way for the purposes of ingress and egress to and from the subject property and Virginia State Highway 690 (Cobbs Hall Lane) over and across that certain fifty (50) foot wide road, designated as Jordan Lane, as shown on the aforesaid plat of survey, said easement of right of way to be used in common with others entitled to the use thereof.
