Affixed to the Real Property is a 1971 Amherst single-wide trailer identified by Vehicle Identification Number C13332, more specifically identified by McKean County Tax Map Number 27-013-202-02B (“Single-Wide”) and a permanent structure identified by McKean County Tax Map Number 27-01-202-02A (“Structure”). Collectively, the Real Property, Single-Wide, and the Structure shall be identified as the “Property”.
