Auction Sale of tract or parcel of land located in Madison County, Virginia, and more described as follows:

All of that certain tract or parcel of land, together with all improvements thereon and appurtenances thereunto belonging, situated, lying and being on Route No. 640 in the County of Madison, Virginia, being a part of the land described in a deed dated June 28, 1961, recorded in the Clerk’s Office of Madison County, Virginia, described therein by metes and bounds on the attached Exhibit A and on a plat of survey recorded in the aforesaid Clerk’s Office in Plat Book 4 at Page 138 and being the same property conveyed by that certain deed from Helen M. McLucas, grantor to NHW, LLC, grantee, dated May 20, 2005, and recorded in the aforesaid Clerk’s Office as Instrument No. 050001458 on May 24, 2005, fifteen (15) acres, more or less. Tax Map # 31-68A.
