2. Timeshare at Marriott’s Grande Ocean in Hilton Head, SC. 2 bedroom, 2 bath unit, 1 week annually, Floating – Bronze Season. Transfer fee: $25. The value of the property to be $2,000.

The Trustee, using his business judgment, has set a minimum price before the auctions can close of (1) $3,500.00 (2) $1,200.00, reserving the right to rerun the auctions with a lower minimum if the items do not sell initially.
