Sale of (5/6) interest in Real Property located in Duval County, Florida, and more particularly described as below:

That certain real property commonly known as Belknap Cemetery, being a part of the Fairbanks Grant, and lying and being in Duval County, Florida, in Section Twenty-Two (22), Township Four (4) South of Range Twenty-Six (26) East; TOGETHER WITH a 10 right-of-way from Mandarin Road to the foregoing described real property, commonly known as Belknap Cemetery, as may be described in Deed Books G-378, A.O. 584, A.K. 355, and A.U. 241 of the Public Records of Duval County, Florida; TOGETHER WITH, all improvements, rights, benefits, privileges, easements, tenements, hereditaments, and appurtenances thereunto belonging or in any wise appertaining to the foregoing described real property.
