Properties will be sold free & clear of all liens, claims and encumbrances.  In order to register to bid, all prospective bidders must present a certified check in the amount of $50,000 for Property #1 & #2 and $25,000 for Property #3, #4, #5 & #6.  These amounts are required for each property.  For example, if you wish to bid and potentially buy Properties #1, #2 and #4 you would need a $125,000 in certified funds (single or multiple checks ok).  If you plan on potentially bidding on Property #1 and #2 and only buying one or the other a $50,000 check is sufficient.  All checks should be made payable to "Marianne T.
