NE ¼ SW ¼; SE ¼ SW ¼ (Ex E 300’ of N 350’)(Ex 0.5 A Cemetery Plot) all in Section 3-67-14 and is further more particularly described as: The East Half of the Southwest Quarter of Section Three (3), Township Sixty-seven (67) North, Range Fourteen (14) West of the 5th P.M., excepting therefrom a tract of land described and bounded as follows, to-wit: Commencing at a point 21 rods and 13.5 feet West and 9 rods and 3.5 feet North of the Southeast corner thereof, and a (sic) running thence West 8 rods, thence North 10 rods, thence East 8 rods, and thence South 10 rods to a place of commencement. Subject to the rights of the public in all highways and other easements of records.
